By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Use of our services also constitutes consent to our Terms of Use, including the collection and use of personal data in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable laws for minors.

Student Information:

  • Name, date of birth, grade, school

  • Parent/Guardian contact information (email, phone, address)

  • Program enrollment details, class attendance, assignments, and portfolios

  • Student achievements, skills, and educational outcomes

Important: With parent/guardian consent, we may share relevant educational information, portfolios, and program achievements with prospective universities or colleges to support admissions or scholarship opportunities. Parents/Guardians may opt out at any time.

Technical & Usage Information:

  • Internet protocol (IP) address, device type, browser type

  • Usage data such as attendance, chat messages, assignments

  • Cookies, analytics, and website activity

Media & Interaction:

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians provide one-time consent for the use of webcam and audio during live classes and the capture of screenshots or recordings of student projects for educational and promotional purposes.

  • Consent may be revoked at any time by contacting 

Payment Information:

  • Payment method, billing address, transaction details

  • Processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)


2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Deliver and manage programs, classes, and office hours

  • Track progress and provide feedback on student performance

  • Communicate with parents/guardians about schedules, updates, and announcements

  • Share relevant student achievements with prospective universities/colleges with consent

  • Improve our platform, courses, and learning experience

  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements

  • Create aggregate, anonymized data for research or reporting purposes


3. Consent & Children’s Privacy
  • Students under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to participate.

  • We comply with PIPEDA and, where applicable, COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

  • Parents/Guardians provide consent at registration for all data collection and use.


4. Data Storage & Security
  • Student and parent data are stored securely on encrypted servers, which may include third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, Google, Canva, LMS).

  • Access to personal information is limited to authorized staff, instructors, and approved service providers.

  • While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, we are not liable for breaches, outages, or security incidents caused by third-party providers.


5. Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with:

  • Instructors or staff for educational purposes

  • Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, LMS, payment processors)

  • Legal authorities when required by law or court order

  • Prospective universities or colleges, but only with explicit parental consent and limited to relevant student achievements or portfolios

International Access:

  • Some service providers may store or process data outside Canada. By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to international transfer of data as necessary to provide services.


6. Retention & Deletion
  • Student records are retained for up to 3 years after program completion, unless deletion is requested sooner.

  • Parents/Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at any time, subject to program obligations (e.g., certificates issued).


7. Marketing & Communications
  • We may send program updates, newsletters, or promotional content to parents/guardians.

  • Parents/Guardians may opt out at any time using links in emails or by contacting us directly.


8. Cookies & Tracking
  • Our website uses cookies to improve performance and gather analytics.

  • Users may disable cookies, though some functionality may be impacted.
