Important: With parent/guardian consent, we may share relevant educational information, portfolios, and program achievements with prospective universities or colleges to support admissions or scholarship opportunities. Parents/Guardians may opt out at any time.
Technical & Usage Information:
Internet protocol (IP) address, device type, browser type
Usage data such as attendance, chat messages, assignments

Media & Interaction:
By enrolling, parents/guardians provide one-time consent for the use of webcam and audio during live classes and the capture of screenshots or recordings of student projects for educational and promotional purposes.

2. How We Use Information

3. Consent & Children’s Privacy
Students under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to participate.

Student and parent data are stored securely on encrypted servers, which may include third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, Google, Canva, LMS).
Access to personal information is limited to authorized staff, instructors, and approved service providers.
While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, we are not liable for breaches, outages, or security incidents caused by third-party providers.
