STEM AI Studio – Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At STEM AI Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our programs.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Before First Class / First Free Class:
  Parents/Guardians requesting a refund before the first scheduled class or after attending the first free class will receive a full refund of tuition fees paid.

• After Program Start:
  Programs are planned and instructors are assigned 8 months in advance. Refunds are not available after two weeks from the program start date, except in cases of program cancellation by STEM AI Studio.

• Program Cancellation by STEM AI Studio:
  If we cancel a program before it commences, a full refund of tuition fees paid will be issued.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact 

with:

• Student’s full name

• Program enrolled in

• Reason for withdrawal

• Date of withdrawal

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days, subject to third-party payment processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration or processing fees

• Materials or software fees already provided

• Late payment fees

4. Payment Plans and Refunds

For students enrolled in installment plans, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended. Amounts already paid will be adjusted according to sessions delivered and non-refundable fees.

5. Scholarships and Financial Aid

If a student received a scholarship or financial aid, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the original scholarship terms. Any refunded amount will be reduced by the scholarship portion.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), STEM AI Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel programs. Refunds under these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Payment Method Disclaimer

All refunds are processed using the original payment method. STEM AI Studio is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment processors.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
