1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the STEM AI Studio website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
Students under the age of 16 must have parent or guardian consent to register.
You may register from any country, but agree to be governed by Canadian laws.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
4. Code of Conduct
All users must:
Treat instructors and peers with respect
Participate in good faith during sessions
Submit only original work
Avoid any behavior that disrupts learning
Not attempt to hack, interfere, or misuse the platform
STEM AI Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, videos, documents, and tools provided are the intellectual property of STEM AI Studio or its licensors.
Students retain ownership of their original project work, but grant STEM AI Studio a non-exclusive license to showcase it (with prior written consent).
You may not distribute, copy, or reuse platform content without permission.
6. Session Recording & Classroom Use
Live sessions may be recorded for internal review, quality assurance, and optional educational use. Recordings including student identity will never be shared publicly without explicit, written consent.
7. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation
Full payment must be made prior to accessing courses, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
Missed classes may be rescheduled depending on availability.
8. Disclaimers
STEM AI Studio provides educational enrichment; it does not guarantee admissions, certifications, employment, or any specific academic outcome.
While we aim to keep content current, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date.
9. Limitation of Liability
STEM AI Studio and its instructors, directors, or affiliates are not liable for:
Technical issues beyond our control
Student conduct or outcomes
Damages arising from use of third-party tools or platforms
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course or service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in Ontario courts.
