Applies to: All programs and services offered by STEM AI Studio

1. 15-Day Free Trial Guarantee

We offer a 15-day free trial so families can explore STEM AI Studio risk-free.

  • Cancel within 15 calendar days of your first live class to receive a full refund — no payment will be processed.

  • If you continue after 15 days, your first monthly payment will be charged, and the standard cancellation policy applies.

This trial includes access to live classes and course materials but may be limited to a maximum of 4 sessions.


2. Monthly Subscription Model

STEM AI Studio operates on a monthly billing cycle. Payments are collected automatically each month unless you cancel or pause before the next billing date.

  • Your first payment is processed on Day 16 (after the 15-day trial ends).

  • You will be billed every 30 days from that date, unless canceled.

3. Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms

We do not offer partial refunds for unused sessions in an active billing cycle.
4. Pause, Transfer, or Defer

Instead of canceling, you may:

  • Pause your enrollment for up to 2 consecutive months (one-time courtesy per year)

  • Transfer to a future batch within 6 months

  • Gift or reassign the seat to an eligible sibling or friend (must meet age criteria and have parental consent if under 16)

5. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds are issued for:

  • Missed sessions (unless due to confirmed emergencies)

  • Add-on services (e.g., private tutoring, custom coaching, 1:1 sessions)

  • Gift cards, discounts, or promotional enrollments

  • Partial attendance within a monthly billing period


6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds outside policy in rare, documented situations, such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Unexpected family relocation

  • Platform-wide technical issues

📌 These are handled case-by-case, and documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required.


7. Involuntary Suspension or Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a student without refund if they:

  • Violate the Code of Conduct

  • Engage in bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior

  • Share, duplicate, or misuse program content


8. How to Cancel or Pause

To cancel your enrollment, pause your account, or request a transfer, send an email to:

  • Student name

  • Registered email address

  • Reason for the request

  • Whether you’re cancelling, pausing, or transferring

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in pricing, structure, or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of enrollment will apply unless otherwise communicated.
